Initial Consultation and Project Review

Any queries will be raised through an RFI process after which the works will be quoted.

Detailed Quantity Takeoff

Once we have all the necessary project details, our team performs a detailed quantity takeoff. This involves meticulously measuring and quantifying all the materials required for the project. We use advanced digital tools and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency, providing you with a comprehensive breakdown of the required quantities.

Review & Refinement

After the initial takeoff and BOQ is prepared, we review the details with you to ensure it meets your expectations.

All measurements are carried out in accordance with recognised local or regional standards (e.g., NRM2, ARM5, SMM7 or client-specified methods). This ensures clear, consistent, and compliant quantification.

Friday morning requesting a
TakeOff and BOQ as soon as
possible, by Friday evening the
client received a detailed quote,
accept the price and the project
began

Monday Sep 29th

Initial Works Complete
Works began Saturday sep 27th with two team members
working on the project. Any RFI was sent to the client Monday
morning Sep 29th and upon a prompt response the TakeOff,
BOQ and Marked Up drawings were returned to the client by
Monday evening.The project was complete in 2 and half days
upon an urgent request from the client to get the project
complete as soon as physically possible
