Initial Consultation and Project Review

The process begins with a thorough consultation to understand your project’s scope, requirements, and objectives. We work closely with you to gather all the necessary information including plans, specifications, and any other relevant documents. Any queries will be raised through an RFI process after which the works will be quoted.

Detailed Quantity Takeoff

Once we have all the necessary project details, our team performs a detailed quantity takeoff. This involves meticulously measuring and quantifying all the materials required for the project. We use advanced digital tools and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency, providing you with a comprehensive breakdown of the required quantities.

Review & Refinement

After the initial takeoff and BOQ is prepared, we review the details with you to ensure it meets your expectations.

Standardised Takeoff Template

We employ clearly structured, standardised templates to maintain consistency in how quantities are recorded and presented. If preferred, we seamlessly adapt to your in-house formats and templates to align with your existing systems.

Client Feedback Loop & Revisions

Professional Takeoff Software

We use industry-leading digital takeoff software to increase speed, accuracy, and traceability. This enables efficient cross-referencing with drawings, reduces human error, and allows seamless data sharing.

Two-Tier Review System

Every takeoff undergoes a rigorous peer review process before submission. This secondary check eliminates oversight and ensures alignment with project specifications and measurement rules.

Standardised Measurement Practices

All measurements are carried out in accordance with recognised local or regional standards (e.g., NRM2, ARM5, SMM7 or client-specified methods). This ensures clear, consistent, and compliant quantification.

Client Enquiry Friday Sep 26th

Initial Enquiry
Contact was made by the client
Friday morning requesting a
TakeOff and BOQ as soon as
possible, by Friday evening the
client received a detailed quote,
accept the price and the project
began

October
Monday Sep 29th

Initial Works Complete
Works began Saturday Sep 27th with two team members
working on the project. Any RFI was sent to the client Monday
morning Sep 29th and upon a prompt response the TakeOff,
BOQ and Marked Up drawings were returned to the client by
Monday evening.The project was complete in 2 and half days
upon an urgent request from the client to get the project
complete as soon as physically possible

Client Queries
The client returned with queries
based on the submission, the
queries were handled by the team
members carrying out the measure
along with Eoin, Head of technical
Operations. All queries were
handled and resolved within the
same working day

December
Wednesday October 1st

Project Completion
The project was completely
wrapped up by wednesday Oct 1st
with a satisfied client accepting the
submission
